Any ability to lead comes from my deep convictions based on faith. Christ follower, Husband, Father, Friend, Air Force Veteran, Pastor, Police Officer, Technology Innovator, Team Leader, Coach. My journey is marked with many failures, but I never quit. I am currently in law enforcement and love my profession and the incredible and heroic people I work with. We created a team to change one of our policing processes to make this profession better, more efficient, and more accurate as we help defend the Constitution and peoples' rights. The process of writing, reviewing, approving, serving, and returning search warrants is labor and time intensive. Our team has created a product that standardizes warrants, streamlines the process, and makes it easier for the officers and the judges.
