About Chad S.

I started my career in the U.S. Navy, serving as an Aviation Electronics Technician with HSL-45 in San Diego. I deployed twice to Southeast Asia in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, and that experience shaped how I lead, train, and solve problems today. After separating honorably, I transitioned into aerospace and defense, growing my capabilities through roles with Sikorsky Aerospace, DynCorp, Northrop Grumman, Corpus Christi Army Depot, United Technologies, and Gulfstream Aerospace. In every organization, I gravitated toward training, process improvement, and helping teams perform at a higher level. I’m a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and TWI (Training Within Industry) instructor, and I’ve designed and managed training programs across manufacturing environments. I’m also passionate about multimedia, coaching, and using simple, effective methods to standardize work and develop people. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Political Science from National University. I believe organizations don’t need complexity to make big changes—they need clarity, standards, and consistent execution. Lean and standardization still work when you keep them grounded in the basics and tailored to the people doing the work.
