I’m a results-driven Safety Manager with a strong foundation in construction, mining, and industrial operations. I’m passionate about building proactive safety cultures that connect people, planning, and performance to prevent incidents before they happen. At Helm Group, I lead safety operations across complex data-center and infrastructure projects—driving field accountability, refining hazard-control strategies, and aligning our approach with both corporate and client standards. My focus is always on execution that’s not just compliant, but predictive—where risks are identified early, and safety becomes part of how we build, not just what we report. Before Helm, I served as a Safety Manager with Kiewit, supporting high-voltage and mining projects governed by OSHA and MSHA. I strengthened electrical safety programs, improved emergency response readiness, and implemented risk-control systems that supported Kiewit’s zero-harm performance standards. Earlier in my career at Inter-Mountain Safety & Rescue, I blended safety oversight with leadership development—launching mentoring programs that boosted engagement and streamlined compliance. I believe the best safety leaders work shoulder-to-shoulder with the field, earning trust through consistency and action. My goal is simple: build teams that think ahead, work safely, and deliver exceptional results every time.
