About Chad Shultz

I am a December 2012 graduate of Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania. I have a Chemistry (B.A.) degree, Physics (B.S.) degree, and a minor in Mathematics. My science degrees earned in a liberal arts educational environment have taught me to draw from multiple disciplines and ultimately produced the well-rounded scientist that I am. In the course of earning my degrees, I have learned to sharpen my problem solving and critical thinking skills, develop strong teamwork skills, successfully conduct independent research while collaborating closely with faculty, and constructively communicate my findings to other individuals. I am excellent at multitasking, take a substantial amount of pride in my work, am highly numerically inclined, learn new concepts quickly, and can work both independently and incredibly well with others. My broad scientific training has provided me the ability to apply cross-disciplinary thinking in an extremely complex world. I am an agile thinker who is constantly considering science's impact on society, government, and the world as a whole.
