Chad has over 19 years of experience in the healthcare real estate industry. He joined RTG as an Associate in April and has served in many different roles over the years including the executive lead in establishing our Atlanta, Georgia office. Chad works on engagements across our company with leadership support in the operations service line. Previous experience includes positions with PYA, P.C, Carolinas Healthcare System in Charlotte, NC, Baptist Health System in Birmingham, AL, and SunTrust Banks in Knoxville, TN.Awards & AffiliationsChad was instrumental in earning RTG’s “Deal of the Year” award by East TN CCIM for the Tennessee Cancer Specialists, PLLC (TCS) project. This $6 million facility will be approximately square-feet, will house both TCS and Renal Medical Associates and will be situated adjacent to the Tennova North Hospital Campus. The project is structured as a joint venture between RTG and select physician partners and is expected to be completed in summer 2019. Chad holds a Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CCIM) designation and is a past president of the East TN CCIM Chapter. He is also a member of the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors and is a licensed affiliate broker in Tennessee and Georgia.
