About Chad Slencak

I managed the overall operation and staff in the ticketing department for over 25 years at the Pittsburgh Penguins. This included a staff of 35 in ticket sales, group sales, premium seating, service and retention, and ticket operations. I was fortunate enough to be part of winning teams both on and off the ice. In the sales department we achieved sales and service goals while delivering over $90 million in revenue. Being part of 3 Stanley Cup Championships are great experiences and memories of a lifetime. One of the things I enjoyed the most is leading the ticketing staff and watching them grow and develop over the course of a season. There is nothing better than fostering others' success and helping them achieve their goals. I also like partnering with companies and outside vendors to form mutually beneficial relationships. It is the partnering with companies that made my work truly rewarding. I approached each business relationship with an open-mind that allowed for the partnership to truly work for both parties. My specialties include sales, strategy, pricing analysis, operations, and working on marketing campaigns.
