About Chad Smith

For as far back as I can remember, I have always had a knack for fixing things, whether its a toy, a computer, furniture, or any item that may be in need of repair. As a child, I regularly took apart my toys to see how they worked and repair them if they didn't. As a teen, I purchased a $300 car and completely rebuilt the engine with no prior experience. As I have matured, the skill set for those repairs has grown into computers, electronics, and complicated industrial machinery.I am a dedicated and motivated person with an emphasis on doing the job right once, even if it might take a little longer to complete. I don't believe in the band-aid fix to a problem. With an organized and methodical approach to troubleshooting, repair, and start up, I can think through a problem even with pressure mounting. Detail oriented and a team player, I can work well with other to solve complex issues in the minimum amount of time. If I don't know an answer to a question, I know how to ask and find out. I am not afraid to admit a mistake, or that I need assistance if I am in over my head.I love the challenge of figuring out a problem, and coming up with solutions that will solve the issues!
