Preform in a hybrid role consisting of on-the-ground sales and business development as well as educating, mentoring and hiring hospice sales professionals and key staff. • Solely responsible for sales and marketing efforts related to role-out, start –up and new business development for Suncrest from September 2011 to Present. • Successfully built hospice census to 680 (Suncrest Colorado) in 7 years through personal effort and the hiring and training of exceptional sales professionals. • Build relationships with community agencies, professional and civic organizations and business-related networking groups. • Participate in, plan and carry out community events • Ongoing relationship management with referral sources • Develop marketing goals, strategy and plans in conjunction with the Administrator and review regularly. • Conduct ongoing market analysis • Prepare strategic growth plans • Develop sales training programs and materials • Collaborate with service/office staff on sales calls • Orient new sales and marketing staff
