About Chad T.

I have now been in the pet industry for over 17 years. I started as Pet Store employee where I gained a vast and intricate knowledge of pet nutrition. From that time I knew that I wanted a career in the pet industry. I finished my degree in Business & Administration with focuses in Accounting and economics, while I was working at the pet store. I had also started my own Pet Sitting Business to pay for school. After a few years of working in the pet store I was tasked with managerial responsibilities, which included ordering, product education, employee education, consumer education, inventory, and running the store during the managers absence. I caught my first sales experience opportunity with Stella & Chewy's. In the Greater Seattle area I was tasked with representing, sampling and demonstrating the Stella & Chewy's Raw Pet Food Products. I was able to take my experience, and product knowledge from the Pet Store and really help other stores understand why they needed to carry Stella & Chewy's. In 2014, I earned the opportunity to work as the Sales Manager for Grizzly Pet Products covering the US. I have since been promoted to Director of Sales Development & Marketing for North America.
