About Chad Tate

As the President of ECMC, I oversee all aspects of the organization, including operational, customer, mission-related, and people leadership functions. I have more than 10 years of executive experience in healthcare and student loan operations, with a focus on team development and process optimization. I hold an MBA in Finance from Hamline University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from North Central University. I am passionate about delivering education solutions for underserved communities and building strategic partnerships with the Department of Education, Federal Student Aid, and legislators. I have successfully implemented the corporate strategy and led collaborative projects across the organization. I have also developed automation and system enhancements to streamline processes and improve the customer experience. I inspire others, by example and as a mentor, to be more than they thought they could be.
