As a long-term entertainment industry operations leader – who has served in leadership positions for leading production companies and stage acts – I have gained rich experience across the entire value chain. From staging/shipping the right equipment to festivals/large-scale events to ensuring that productions go off without a hitch, I am motivated by delivering exceptional experiences to my customers. As a warehouse operations leader, I am skilled at orchestrating the efforts of large teams (30+) to pick, prepare, and ship a wide range of production equipment to large shows occurring simultaneously across the country. My teams consistently deliver the right products to the right locations at the right time through a relentless commitment to process, safety, inventory management, and quality improvement. It is this focus on operational excellence that has propelled my career with companies like AG Production Services and Production Resource Group. Beyond the warehouse, I also have experience leading on-site stage operations. Earlier in my career, I ran stage operations for leading acts such as Dokken, Lynch Mob, Slaughter, Nickelback, Ozzy Osborne, Tim Mcgraw, Poison, Ratt, and the Marshall Tucker Band. During that time, I ran all aspects of stage production efforts (leading union and non-union teams) which created memorable music experiences for thousands of fans.
