About Chad Tucker

With over 25 years of combined experience in sales, management, and teaching, I am a Sales Manager at Empire Today, a leading provider of installed home improvements. I lead a team of sales professionals in the Carolinas region, overseeing the sales process, developing the sales management team, and coaching the sales team. I leverage my skills in virtual work, communication, and conflict resolution to ensure employee satisfaction and retention, as well as to coach and motivate my team to achieve their goals. I hold a Doctor of Ministry, a Master of Divinity with Biblical Languages and a Concentration in Preaching, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies and Counseling. I have served the Church in various capacities, such as Senior Pastor, Associate Pastor, Church Planter, and Church Revitalizer. I also have a passion for education and ministry, and I have been an Adjunct Professor, teaching various courses and assisting in the design and development of the new doctoral program. I have also published a ministry project report on the Great Commission Resurgence and developed a curriculum called MissionSHIFT. I am committed to serving the Church, my family, my team, and the community around me wherever I go for the glory of God and the good of all.
