I am a Health, Safety and Environmental professional with over twenty years experience in a variety of fields such as oil/gas, petrochemical, refining, hydroelectric, law enforcement and medical. I have extensive experience in managing, planning and training of safety regulations in the oil and gas industry along with extensive experience in accident investigation and working with attorneys from the investigation stage to completion. Some of my skills are listed below: • HSE Management system implementation. • Managing ISNetworld, PEC and Avetta accounts. • Conduct pre-operational risk assessments on new sites and complete JHA analysis. • Review and analyze accidents and near misses to provide a root cause. • Confirm that subcontractors effectively implement HSE plans to meet or exceed ours. • Intervene and stop work for all unsafe acts or conditions as needed. • Support daily toolbox talks and JSA meetings with field workforce team. • Behavioral risk assessment and implement control measures. • Engage in Sub-Contractor audits. • Work with attorneys on all accidents and lawsuits. • Training employees to stay in compliance with customers and OSHA requirements. • Planning, developing and implementing new safety programs.
