About Chad Ward

After serving 20+ years in the U.S. Air Force, I have gained in-depth experience and expertise in project management, production operations and quality assurance oversight, aircraft weapons systems development and maintenance, and training program management. I have a keen ability to identify operational capabilities, assess resources, introduce cost-saving strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure goals are accomplished on time and within budget. I am able to lead quality insurance inspectors performing inspections on a variety of aircraft and equipment. I have managed technical orders, aircraft inspections, supply acquisition, tool equipment accountability, and program reports and am able to evaluate the quality of maintenance training, inspection frequency, and criteria. I have overseen project management and logistics for the largest F-16 Flying Hour Program in Europe and have served as the lead quality assurance evaluator for $1.8M government contract. Awards include the Maintenance Professional of the Year and two-time Armament Systems Manager of the Year. My goal is to obtain employment within the operations, production, quality assurance, or leadership/workforce development fields within the government contracting or civilian corporate world.
