I am a dedicated professional with a strong passion for education and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. With a wide range of skills and experiences, I am committed to creating meaningful connections with students, parents, and colleagues. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated proficiency in developing productive working relationships, both within our school community and beyond. Collaboration is at the heart of my approach, as I believe that working together leads to successful learning and teaching outcomes. I have effectively utilized various technologies such as Google Classroom, Hangouts, and ReadWrite to support student learning and engagement. Adapting to the diverse needs of students is a priority for me, and I have successfully worked with learners at different levels, including those in ELL/ESL, LAP, K&E, and Life Skills programs. I take pride in my ability to plan and implement both short and long-term strategies in the classroom and as an Athletic Director. Continuous improvement is central to my teaching philosophy. I regularly reflect on my practices, seeking opportunities for growth and ensuring the delivery of quality learning and assessment experiences. Additionally, I maintain a solution-focused mindset when addressing conflicts or problems, always striving to find effective resolutions. I am also known for my initiative and willingness to reach out to other schools for collaboration, such as in assessments, implementing outcome-based assessments, and participating in programs like AMS Basketball and Volleyball and WLC Basketball. Overall, my goal is to make a positive impact on students' lives, and I am excited to bring my skills, experience, and passion for education to any endeavor I undertake.
