About Chad Williams

Experienced, dedicated and hard working Associate Civil Engineer I/II with a demonstrated history of working in the civil engineering industry. I performed field engineering data collection and analysis which aided in the generating of various engineering reports demonstrating compliance for Industrial wastewater and stormwater discharges on a Federal, State and local level. I was eventually responsible for training and integrating each of the incoming associate engineers which further sharpened my skills as a leader and team player. This allowed me to be the catalyst of a thought provoking, positive atmosphere filled with open communication. This is the type of culture I hope to be a part of and further promote throughout my career regardless of my place of employment. I have assisted in the preparation of drainage reports, plans, profiles, quantities, details and cost estimates for Caltrans highway design projected. I learned and gained proficiency using various design programs such as AutoCAD, Microstation, ArcGIS, FlowMaster and WSPG. At both of my previous places of employment, I am recognized for my work ethic, teamwork, dedication to internal improvement and creating an environment where my fellow engineers are challenged to grow as individuals while making a positive difference for our clients and the general public. On my resume I have provided several references of supervisors and co-workers who can attest to my dedication and quality of work that I am capable of producing. I have passed the 8-hour Water Resource PE exam and am working on finalizing my last year of required work experience in order to take the remaining portions for the PE certification. Becoming a licensed engineer is something that is very important to me and working at a company that will further develop my skills and can assist me in furthering my career is essential.
