I am a passionate wine specialist dedicating the past 10 years to learn everything I can about the industry including professional wine certifications, but more important to me was traveling to the most inspiring wine regions throughout Europe. Learning hands-on from oenologists, viticulturists, and winemakers in so many countries with their own unique processes has been invaluable. It has given me a unique skill set to bring back to Florida, taking methods and new product knowledge to the American wine industry.I recently had the amazing opportunity to live overseas and took full advantage of the past 2 years visiting and learning in world-renowned regions: France (Burgundy, Rhone, Provence, Bordeaux, Loire, Savoie), Slovenia, Portugal (Lisboa, Bairrada, Douro Valley), Spain (Ibiza, Catalunya), Germany (Mosel), Italy (Piedmont, Tuscany, Liguria, Umbria, Campania, Sicily), Malta, Croatia (Dalmatia), Greece (Santorini, Crete, Kefalonia), Hungary (Tokaj, Etyek-Buda), Wales and England (Cornwall, Sussex).•Through intense wine study throughout European vineyards, cellars and classrooms, I became specialized in many areas of wine knowledge and business. •I now offer a unique set of skills that would best benefit companies in distribution, import, restaurant wine programs, wine consulting, wine preservation systems, and wine education.•I believe in finding and delivering unique, exciting and affordable wines to consumers at the best possible quality through preservation technology and training. Giving the opportunity for consumers to try something new that they fall in love with and tell all their friends about is one of my true work passions. •Finding these same wines through travel and conversation for myself and family is my personal passion!•I also have an extensive background in restaurant management, and education in hospitality and business. I understand that wine education must be supplemented by forward-thinking business savvy to offer a unique skill set and am constantly evolving these skills through education and training.
