Welcome! I'm Chadi, a seasoned Management Controller based in Congo Brazzaville with a strong background in the construction and pharmaceutical industries. I take pride in driving efficient financial management and strategic decision-making to contribute to the success of leading projects across Africa. In my current role, I lead the accounting and finance team of MBTP with a dedicated team of 20 employees. Together, we ensure robust financial planning, analysis, and reporting within the dynamic construction environment. I specialize in overseeing project finances, cost control, budget management, and performance analysis, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and budgetary constraints. Prior to transitioning into the construction industry, I gained valuable experience in the pharmaceutical sector in Lebanon, where I honed my skills in financial management and operational excellence. I excel in leveraging financial modeling and forecasting to optimize resource allocation and enhance project profitability.
