The medical field, more so than any other industry, has been completely upended by the Covid19 pandemic. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION Since joining Lab Q Diagnostics as Director of Sales in September of 2020, I have focused on helping the company’s services more closely align with the needs of their clients, while simultaneously attracting new clients through several new, cutting-edge programs. I have made fast-paced testing the singular goal across all our departments, to meet the surging demand across the tri-state area. I am currently spearheading a project to fully automate our testing system, which will further expedite the process. Many doctor’s offices, nursing care facilities, and organizations, including world-renowned enterprises such as the UN, have already set up accounts with Lab Q. At Lab Q, we provide white glove service and prioritize our customers’ satisfaction above all else. We perform nearly instant pickups of samples in order to help patients receive their test results as expeditiously as possible. We are also servicing many elderly patients in their homes, and are achieving remarkable client retention rates. My leadership at Lab Q Diagnostics is based on 20+ years’ experience leading multi-faceted operations at Gel Spices, and my vast involvement with many medical referral/supply organizations. I possess connections with many medical experts and will work tirelessly to help any patient in need. Covid19 may have changed the world around us, but some things remain constant. Successful businesses are those who adapt to the needs of their clients.
