Dice, Career builder, Monster, Indeed, Corp-Corp etc. • Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals. • Should poses good knowledge on various technologies in the market. • Understanding the Interests of the consultants to make sure the Right requirements are flowing towards them. • Regular calls with every consultant to see if they are receiving enough support from the sales team. • Preliminary Screening and scheduling the interviews for experienced consultant for direct hires to the company. • Make sure to collect all the documents from the candidates.
