Background

About Chaithanya N.

I don’t just crunch numbers. I chase the "why" behind them. Whether it's untangling workflow bottlenecks, optimizing post-trade processes, or translating raw data into business insight, I bring a curious mind and a systems-thinking approach to every challenge. With 3.5+ at Tata Consultancy Services, I’ve helped global teams streamline operations, improve servicing, and deliver real results through data and collaboration. One of my proudest wins? Driving a 15% lift in engagement for Adobe’s flagship campaigns, not by chance, but by aligning teams, digging into behavioral data, and fine-tuning delivery in real time. I’ve led multi-timezone projects, built dashboards in Excel, Tableau, and Power BI, and kept audit trails clean across the entire lifecycle. I thrive where people, process, and data intersect because that’s where smart business decisions begin. Now wrapping up a STEM-designated Master’s in International Business with a focus on Analytics, I’m sharpening my skills in SQL, Python, R, and Agile delivery. I’m looking for roles where I can use data to solve strategic problems, improve systems, and move the needle. If that’s what your team is building toward, I’d love to connect. Core Tools: SQL, Python (pandas, NumPy), Tableau, Power BI, Excel (Power Query, PivotTables), R, JIRA, Salesforce, GA4, Power Automate.
