As an OPT MANAGER at My3Tech, I am responsible for managing and mentoring a team of OPT candidates, who are international students seeking practical training and employment opportunities in the US. I help them with resume preparation, interview coaching, career guidance, and visa sponsorship. I also liaise with clients and vendors to place them in suitable roles and projects, and ensure their compliance with immigration regulations and policies. I have over five years of experience in talent acquisition and OPT leadership, working with various IT and consulting firms, such as Career Soft Solutions and SCREATIVES SOFTWARE SERVICES. I have successfully placed hundreds of OPT candidates in diverse domains, such as software development, data analysis, business intelligence, and cloud computing. I have also developed and maintained strong relationships with clients and vendors, and negotiated contracts and agreements with them. I hold a Master of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance from Osmania University, where I acquired the skills and knowledge to analyze financial data, prepare reports, and manage budgets. I also have a keen interest in learning new technologies and trends in the IT industry, and I constantly update my skills and certifications accordingly.
