Chaitya is a Project Manager / Scrum Master at Navisiontech, Inc, where she lead and coordinate complex projects involving Dynamics 365 ERP implementation software development, data analysis, and user experience design by using agile methodologies and Jira tools to plan, execute, and monitor project progress, deliverables, and quality, ensuring that the project goals are met within the budget and timeline constraints. She also communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients, facilitating problem-solving and decision-making. Chaitya has a master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Florida, with minors in Project Management, Signals and Systems, and Computer Engineering. They have acquired multiple certifications in Figma, TOSCA, ISTQB, and Communication, demonstrating proficiency and skills in various software and testing tools. She is passionate about learning new technologies and applying them to real-world challenges.
