Experienced Change Management Consultant at IBM with over 22 years of consulting experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives across public and private sectors. I specialize in organizational change management, helping clients drive user adoption, enhance readiness, and realize the full value of their technology investments. My background includes extensive work on large-scale ERP and CRM transformations, including Oracle Cloud and SAP S/4HANA implementations. I’ve led change strategies, stakeholder engagement, training development, and communication efforts for complex, multidisciplinary projects. Highlights include Oracle ERP implementations, SAP transformation initiatives, and high-impact public sector programs such as Cook County's 2020 Census outreach, City of Chicago’s COVID-19 PMO and SIGA Oracle Cloud project implementation. Prior to joining IBM, I served as Principal/Director of Management Consulting at William Everett. I hold a PMP® certification, a graduate certificate in project management, and a master's degree in accounting and finance. I am passionate about leading change with empathy and structure, supporting clients through uncertainty, and fostering collaboration across teams to ensure lasting success.
