About Chalin Young

I have an associate's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Kaplan University. For the past 3.5 years, I have been working as a Senior Business Analyst at Fiserv, where I support and strengthen the franchise development pipeline and provide detailed insights to senior leadership. My core competencies include, project management, data analytics, and KPI reporting. In my current role, I also provide thought leadership, coordination, and integration of projects for Fiserv with software to improve integration of data, create and maintain the data map, and assist with team strategic planning. Previously, I worked as an Operations Reporting Manager at First Data Corporation and a Senior Fraud Analyst at Chase, where I gained valuable experience in creating, testing, and validating reports, performing root cause analytics, and identifying and preventing fraud across payment methods. I am passionate about using data to drive business decisions, optimize processes, and enhance customer experience.
