I strive to be a proactive problem solver, a strong advocate for positive change, and a wise decision maker. I am heavily focused on creating strong and consistent processes that are fair, realistic, and efficient. Empathy, kindness, integrity, selflessness, honesty, and hard work are all very important values to me. I put forth a lot of effort to combine logical decision making with emotional intelligence and I believe that the best human resources management has both skills interwoven throughout its approach. Many of the most successful organizations clearly indicate high levels of organization, consistency, diversity, structure, open communication, and resourcefulness. A large part of a strong HR professional’s responsibilities is being able to identify the gaps and how to bridge them. I value thinking outside of the box and creating new and innovative patterns, processes, and policies. I aim to implement approaches that are strategic, adaptable, and value driven. People are the most important assets in any organization and taking the time to build strong relationships is a crucial component in the success of any business.
