Chalvis is the Global Account Leader for CBRE, where he oversees some of the firm’s largest and most strategic client relationships. In this role, he partners with global organizations to deliver integrated real estate strategies and innovative solutions that drive long-term value. Prior to this role, he was the Managing Director & Founder of FORTY-TWO, a consultancy he launched to bring fresh perspectives and new leadership into the Commercial Real Estate industry. Previously, Chalvis served as Managing Director for CBRE Los Angeles, where he led more than 200 professionals across multiple offices. With over 20 years of experience, he has completed more than 700 transactions valued at over $3 billion, representing clients such as AT & T, Wells Fargo, General Electric, Citibank, Verizon, Frontier, Ross Dress for Less, and Warner Media. Widely recognized as one of the industry’s forward-thinking leaders, Chalvis has guided corporate clients occupying more than 200 million square feet of real estate worldwide. Beyond his professional achievements, Chalvis is an active philanthropist committed to mentoring and advancing the next generation of professionals in Commercial Real Estate. He resides in the San Gabriel Valley with his wife and son, where he has lived for nearly 40 years.
