With many years of professional experience in various fields, I have developed a diverse and versatile set of skills and competencies that enable me to excel as a customer service manager, contract manager, inside/outside sales manager, retail sales manager, and a purchasing/procurement manager. I have successfully led teams, managed budgets, increased sales, increased customer satisfaction, controlled inventory, negotiated contracts, created and managed RFP/RFQ on construction, equipment and services, and ensured customer satisfaction in government, corporate, and retail environments. Most recently, I was responsible for all agency purchases, forecasting, end of life cycle replacement plans, staffing, training, and scheduling for the Pasco County Sheriff's Office. I reduced the inventory shrink from over to under $100 in six months. My mission is to leverage my expertise in to and deliver value and efficiency to any organization I work with.
