About Chamilka Wickramasinghe

As a RTM Regional Executive at Coca-Cola Sri Lanka, I have experience in Beverage Industry. I was responsible for driving sales growth, managing regional accounts, feeding main plant Production Plan and implementing marketing strategies with in my territory. On top of that I was a key partner in PET bottle recycling project we conducted as a team project which was successful back then in Sri Lanka. In Sweden I take part in EV Battery Industry. Here my role as a Production Quality Technician at Northvolt, I ensured product quality by monitoring manufacturing processes, conducting inspections, and maintaining high standards of safety and sustainability in battery production. Both positions honed my skills in operations management, teamwork, and quality assurance (MSA, QRQC, 8D, SPC, PFMEA, PPAP) in dynamic, multinational environments. I strongly believe my project on SC & CC, PFMEA trainings which I conducted for manufacturing operators helped a lot in developing process into next pace where I work now.
