Career Summary: Being a multi-tasking and proactive professional in highly competitive Apparel manufacture, sourcing and multinational supply chain Interlacing and up gradation has been my passion for over three decades with highly complex and challenging operations. I possess different tactical abilities such as Troubleshooting, fixing work processes with robust SOP's, feasible and practical operational controlling and monitoring mechanisms to assure high productivity and superior quality levels, following international/local compliance and sustainable standards. Expertise in setting up manufacturing units, training & development, effective supply chain management including textile, print wash and accessories and building resilient and efficient manufacturing units to achieve business goals and secure the best quality levels of products regardless of where the product has been produced. Establishes raw material standards by studying manufacturing and re-engineering abilities; conferring and negotiating with customers and suppliers. Establishing effective in-process controls, inspection procedures by studying the manufacturing and QMS of each facility; devising inspection, auditing, and testing methods and procedures to ensure consistency of the product. Improving product quality by enforcing quality assurance policies, SOP's and procedures to exceed customer requirements; collaborating with other members of management to develop and design new policies when required. Aligned suppliers and manufacturers to meet product quality specifications including restrictions of hazards chemical compliance, requirements, methods, routing and guidelines required. Define future needs, strategically identify focus areas and priorities in operations, quality processes as well as textile and garment testing, compliance and sustainability front. Prepares dashboard view of Operation and QMS status to management and customers, summarizing information and trends to upgrade staff or recruit the necessary skills to meet growing demands and stay as a preferred vendor to valued customers.
