As an ambitious undergraduate student at the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka, I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Chemistry within the esteemed Faculty of Science. My academic journey has been centered around chemistry, with a specific focus on computational chemistry, molecular dynamics, and molecular modeling. Driven by a deep-seated passion for science and nature, I have also cultivated a keen interest in zoology and conservation, which has led me to explore diverse avenues in the field. I am a co-founder of the "Wild Freaks" podcast, website, and YouTube channel, where I actively engage with and educate the public on wildlife conservation issues. In addition to my academic pursuits, I am a versatile freelance web content writer, adept at crafting compelling narratives across various subjects. My experience extends to the realm of ichthyology, gained through dedicated studies at the Young Zoologists' Association, Sri Lanka, and my past role as Vice President of the Zoologists' Association of the University of Peradeniya. Complementing my scientific interests, I have a basic knowledge of Python programming and a keen interest in bioinformatics. Furthermore, my skills extend to digital marketing and market technical analysis. With a solid foundation in Linux and hands-on experience in diverse chemistry laboratories, spanning inorganic, organic, and analytical chemistry, especially in the domain of polymers, I bring a well-rounded skill set to the table.
