Chamroeun Uch serves as Head of Legal and Corporate Secretariat Department at M.G.N Emperor Bank Plc & Adjunct Law Lecturer/Professor at different universities in the Kingdom. With his unwavering commitment and potential, shareholders of M.G.N Emperor Bank Plc offer him to also hold a new position as Head of Trust Management Department at Haotrust Capital Investments Co, Ltd, a legal entity in the same group with M.G.N-His areas of practice include banking & finance, real estate & investment trust, trust establishment, corporate & project investment, cross-border investment, wealth management planning & succession, business formation, registration & licensing. Chamroeun is an in-house lawyer gained over a decade of professional experience with some of leading commercial banks and private companies in Phnom Penh & Seoul, advising on high-value financial transactions in the Kingdom and other related countries for both local & foreign sophisticated clients, handling many multi-million dollars financial/real estate projects and complicated legal compliance matters successfully with outstanding performances-He has studied and trained in prestigious universities in Cambodia, South Korea and the United States gaining LL.B, LL.M, Mini-MBA, Business Start-Up, Professional Real Estate Agent, Licensed Individual Trustee, and Professional Notary Public with merit scholarships and distinction. With an outstanding educational background, professional work performance, merit scholarship, championship, and award-winning experiences, he has been selected to participate in many international programs in USA (Harvard University), UK, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, South Africa, Thailand, Vietnam, Lao and other Countries.
