Passionate about Business Intelligence and business transformation, I am a full-time Senior Data Engineer at Coastal Cloud- a Salesforce Partner and business technology consulting firm. I hold a B.S. in Information Communication Technology and a B.S. in Marketing with a minor in Business Analytics. I am a certified Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud Accredited Professional, Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Intelligence Accredited Professional, and Tableau Data Analyst. I have helped design and implement over 20 business transformation projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Health Cloud, Salesforce Schedular, Government Cloud, CRM Analytics, and Tableau Cloud. I also help recruit for our Junior Analyst internship program, of which I am a graduate myself. I currently reside outside Bowling Green, KY, and outside of work enjoy hiking, trivia nights, movie theatres, traveling, and concerts at local venues. I am passionate about helping others transform their business processes and professional careers through education and the adoption of new technologies and business systems.
