My career journey has been anything but traditional, it’s been one driven by a desire to help others and make a positive impact. I started out as a nurse, where I learned firsthand the importance of empathy, problem-solving, and being present for people when they need it most. That hands-on experience shaped the way I approach leadership — with a focus on listening, understanding, and finding solutions that truly make a difference. Over the years, I’ve transitioned from healthcare to business leadership, earning my MBA and taking on roles that allowed me to blend my clinical background with my passion for driving growth and innovation. Today, as the Managing Partner at Kryosphere, I’m fortunate to be leading a company that’s evolving and growing, and I’m excited to be part of that journey. At my core, I believe in the power of integrity, collaboration, and continuous learning. I’m always looking for ways to challenge myself and grow, whether it’s through new opportunities, solving tough problems, or supporting those around me in their own growth.
