Delivering services Adherence to controls and compliance as per company policy and norms and designing solutions for gaps/issues in process while testing process controls Preparation of annual financial statements as per the Companies Act and dealing with Statutory, tax audits and filings Review and analyses of accounts in accordance with accounting quality standards Prepare high level of executive summary for the reporting to management at the time of audit closure Review of Trial Balance & freezing the same after verification of provisions, pre-paid expenditures, depreciation Responsible to check compliance of various statutory regulations like Service Tax, Excise, ESI, Provident Fund, Tax deducted at Source, Professional Tax etc & subsequent filling of respective returns Ensuring compliance to Group Financial Reporting/Group Regulatory 3. Leading & Managing Team Leading at various assignments, interested to take responsibilities for the assignments at hand and handled them individually Leading, managing & motivating the team of 3 to 10 people and reporting to Partner. Effective & efficient delegation of work to team Review responsibilities for work performed by the team On job training and development of juniors and articles and giving them timely feedback. Ensuring quality consciousness in all aspects of the team. Standardize audit processes along with leveraging best practices across one’s aligned engagements or beyond.
