In my role, I have embraced opportunities to work collaboratively with team members throughout the organization to strengthen my knowledge within the North Carolina Department of Insurance. I am actively committed to individual and organizational objectives. In my past position with Amica Insurance, I supported the Southeast Region growth goals with strong sales performance, operating in a Service/Sales loop. I concluded the year meeting and exceeded all life and sales goals while illustrating my account servicing efforts. I have remained committed to servicing my clients’ accounts and have done well to retain business. In 2022, I was heavily relied onto being a leader in all solicitation efforts.Also in my role, I committed to activities that leveraged technology to provide exceptional customer service and delivered transactional and relationships resulting in established target ranges. I worked collaboratively within my virtual environment and with other departments to support our digital efforts to modernize the customer experience and provide exceptional service.The expectation of an Amica representative is to be able to balance rates, follow-ups, and processing of transactions while at the same time remaining available for inbound/outbound calls throughout the majority of the work-day until the end of the shift. I finished the year with 3,478 calls which equates to approximately 15 calls per day. I also often sought additional opportunities to handle backlogged files.I have always kept a positive attitude throughout changes to Amica’s workplace, as well as I’m my current role with The North Carolina Department of Insurance. I have remained engaged in office wide meetings as well as smaller team huddles. I utilize my knowledge and experience to assist other co-workers with file and workflow related questions. Moving forward I am confident that I will be a great asset to any professional insurance organization.
