Who am i? I Love Challenges! Sales is not a job for me, its a way of life for me! Very early in my career i realised what drives me. I Love travelling, exploring new places, meeting people, have long conversations with exchange of ideas, assisting people with best possible solutions, make them feel good about their work and achievements. Who am i? I am a solution provider. My team is like my family to me and i work along with them and motivate them to achieve and surpass the set goals, 1+1>2! My life has intersected the lives of innumerable number of people and i have been enriched with every interaction.There have been no ordinary moments in this journey. Every challenge has represented with an opportunity to learn and evolve Over the last 14 years i have evolved into a consummate and a result oriented Sales Warrior. I have worked my way upwards right from selling engines to 2 wheelers. I am well travelled across the country and have performed well under diverse work cultures, right from driving brand Honda to beat market leader in Central India market in peak festive season to executing best ever rural campaign in Eastern India. I have done it all and have enjoyed thoroughly every bit of it. This is what i bring to the table in my current work role as well while heading Erstwhile Chhattisgarh Zone and now UP East Zone as Zonal Sales Head at Honda 2wheelers India. And i feel the only way i have succeeded and done each time better than before is by following simple rule -'Learn, Unlearn, Relearn' In the quest to follow same rule, looking forward to continue the ride with same level of passion and enthusiasm.
