1. A senoir aerospace engineer with Master’s Degree in Product Design & Manufacturing with more than decade of experience in Aero-engine/Propulsion System design Aircraft Structure Design Product Development Actuation System Design Reverse Engineering & Project Management. 2. Currently working with Rolls Royce as a System Design Integration Engineer. 3. Worked in Boeing India as Mechanical Design Engineer-Propulsion Systems in Propulsion division designing flight critical propulsion components and structural component for various aircraft programmes. Earlier worked on the design of Flight Control Actuation systems. 4. Previously worked with Rolls-Royce on Aero-engine Components design for commercial aircraft and comprehensive knowledge of the principles and techniques Gas Turbine Engines. Worked on complete life cycle of aircraft components starting from requirement management concept design to component validation. 5. Extensive knowledge of Model Based Design approach and various CAD software such as Catia V5 Creo-2.0 Inventor UG NX 9 Solidworks-2015. 6. Also worked on design of Hydraulic cylinder Hydraulic power-pack & hydraulic gas booster. 7. Worked on complete life cycle of aircraft components starting from requirement management to component validation. 8. Extensive knowledge of ASME GD&T Y14.5 aerospace materials (Metallic & Composite) PLM/PDM tools Design Techniques and Project Management tools. 9. Good knowledge of aerospace materials and their application and experienced in New Product Introduction Sheet Metal Design & Cost Reduction.
