With over 15 years of experience in software development and project management, I am currently an Engineering Manager at Monocept, a leading digital tech company focused on Insurtech. Prior to this, I worked as an IT Engineer at CMC/TCS, one of the largest IT service and consulting firms. I am also a certified Scrum Master (CSM) and specialize in SDLC, Enterprise Architecture (Database), Digital Transformation, Innovation, and Emerging Technologies. At Monocept, I lead the delivery of an insurance-focused product, managing cross-functional teams and taking full ownership of the product lifecycle, from planning through to product and feature launches. One of my key achievements has been stabilizing the app post-launch, improving its performance by 70%, and onboarding over users in record time. As a Database Architect, I have also successfully reduced operational costs by 30-40% and driven significant performance improvements. Before joining Monocept, at CMC/TCS, I played an instrumental role in automating the reconciliation processes for a state government project, saving countless hours and streamlining audit procedures.
