I pride myself for genuinely caring about people. Started my career as a technical resource and over the years transitioned to service delivery and project management. Having worked in several countries for small, medium and enterprise level organisations managing projects and overseeing portfolio of projects from sales, pre-sales cycle to delivery of products and services. Having worked on enterprise level software development, software implementation, telecommunication infrastructure, CRM, ERP, system integration, data migration projects assisting sales, pre sales within consulting capacity has given me immense exposure and learning. I maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients across the portfolio to ensure services and programs are aligned with client needs and promote continued client growth. After assessing client needs, I work closely with the team to strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives. My ability to anticipate risks and issues before they intensify and actively drive toward a solution coupled with strong organizational and planning skills with a high level of holistic and strategic thinking and attentions to details has helped me deliver at better quality. After realising the gaps businesses and teams face for various business operational, sales and project goals I worked on process improvement initiatives, learning and introducing AI tools. I am a Go-Getter and like to take charge using my leadership and business management skills focusing on results and outcomes My passion is to grow the accounts, build and maintain relationships, create opportunities for the business and value for our clients. Experienced in overseeing client engagement, account management, and business development activities I really relish change and have the willingness to adapt to rapidly changing environment and new challenges. I work closely with and influence cross-functional partners to build and achieve strategic goals. Leading and directing diverse teams of employees, leaders, and customers while monitoring and auditing employee performance and identifying opportunities for improvement has been a driving force for me. I always care about what my team members want out of their next engagement and challenge. Collaboration is key and we collectively set goals and objectives for team members and develop processes to ensure their performance aligns. PMP, SCRUM Master certified, SAFe and ITIL V3 Foundation trained and completed several soft skills courses in my previous roles.
