I am mechanical engineer worked in Rungta mines LIMITED as Graduate trainee -Department I have worked is DRI Sponge iron plant of 2*350 TPD (maintenance work/shift incharge)-SMS( 8 CRUSIBLE FURNANCE OF 16TON CAPACITY) And EOT Crane of Max - 45TON capacity- HOT Rollingmill(PPRM) of capacity 0.252MTPA stock size from 8mm to 32mm. Have 6 roughing stand, 6 intermediate stand, 4 finishing stand and 6 block mill stand(new field). Company: Rungta Mines Limited Position: Graduate Trainee Department: DRI Sponge Iron Plant, SMS, HOT Rolling Mill Responsibilities and Experience: DRI Sponge Iron Plant (2*350 TPD): Worked in maintenance, handling maintenance activities and ensuring plant efficiency. Served as a shift in-charge, overseeing operations during assigned shifts. SMS (Steel Melting Shop): Operated 8 crucible furnaces with a capacity of 16 tons each. Responsible for the melting of steel in the furnaces. Oversaw the operation of EOT (Electric Overhead Traveling) cranes with a maximum capacity of 45 tons. HOT Rolling Mill (PPRM): Managed a rolling mill with a production capacity of 0.252 MTPA (Metric Tons Per Annum). Handled stock sizes ranging from 8mm to 32mm. Supervised the operations of 6 roughing stands, 6 intermediate stands, 4 finishing stands, and 6 block mill stands.
