About Chandara Chea

Currently, I am in my third rotation of the EO Finance Leadership Development Program. My current role as Corporate Development Analyst consists of analyzing industry prospects by gathering information about growth, competitors, and market share possibilities. In my second year of the EO Finance Leadership Development Program, I worked as an estimating and pricing analyst to help estimate potential future proposals. In my first year of the EO Finance Leadership Development Program, I supported a role in the Enterprise IT Program Finance which helped support the quarterly, monthly, weekly CDAO variance analysis reports and the Ad-hoc requests. While working in this role, I was able to expand on my current analytical skills, problem solving skills, and interpersonal skills. My obsession with productivity drives my desire to innovate new ideas for the team to better perform their daily job. For special projects, I supported the Global Financial Service All-Leader Virtual event by collaborating with my fellow FLDP peers to come up with an agenda for this event.Prior to being in the FLDP program, I was a Billing Analyst supporting Space under GFS. I have learned how to utilize and expand my Excel, Access and SAP skills. While working in this role, I have given the opportunity to network with GFS VP and Senior Management for assistance in aligning professional development activities with strategic initiatives through the Speed Mentoring. I have developed my analytical thinking skills and detailed oriented skills while also contributing to GFS engagement team to enhance our employee morale.Prior to Lockheed Martin, I was an intern at USF Federal Credit Union for over 10 months. While working there, I have learned how to utilize my transferable skills such as problem solving, analytical thinking and multitasking skills to complete my daily function. My main soft skills that I have encountered throughout my early career with USF Federal Credit Union, American Eagle, and Hollister is customer service skill.
