Roster & people management. • Daily, weekly & monthly reports sharing for respective LOB. • Effective & real time city level coordination with the team in closing transactions. • Helping the team in negotiations which will help in closing the transactions. • Responsible for allocation of daily task, targets for the team. • Responsible for driving daily & monthly targets from the team. • Interdepartmental coordination with Process & BI team. • Implementation of best operation practices. • Keeping a track of all meetings happening in the respective region and validating them. • Daily problem solving activities where sales consultants are stuck (smallest of the things). • Regular trainings & motivational activities for the team.
