Knowledge on Coal specifications with source of buying and best blend plan for the plant.Master trainer for Safety modules on behavior change in safety management.Leading the team to get ISO for the complete complex with execution of Energy audit for complete smelter including CPPs. Commissioning expertise on installation of 11KV/3.3KV/415 Panels and motors upto 3.15MW in all respect.Planning and Execution on spend base of more than 14cr on yearly basis as R&M and CAPEX cost with focus on reduction in inventory, NMI. Involvement in safety for behavioural change through implementation of Safety interaction/talk/round with preparation of software to capture the data for analysis. Based on the safety performance of CPP, Received "British Safety 5 Star Rating". Also received "Sword of Honour" in the same year as of 2022. In CLZS CPP, first time started using rainwater for plant operation being an initiative of rain water harvesting project. More than 10500m3 water harvesting has been done. Having exposure on ISF(Imperial Smelting Furnace)plant and Sinter plant with Acid plant, Ausmelt plant operation and maintenance of Pyro plant which is in a fast learning phase.
