About Chandler Pry

As a Manufacturing Equipment Engineer with a Master’s in Integrated Manufacturing Systems Engineering, I focus on optimizing and maintaining essential manufacturing equipment to ensure high standards of performance and safety. In my current role at Wolfspeed, I oversee reactor and metrology systems within ISO-compliant cleanroom environments. I troubleshoot equipment issues, manage preventative maintenance schedules, coordinate equipment installations, and create detailed SOPs. Additionally, I use 3D printing for rapid prototyping, which has proven invaluable in developing replacement parts and testing devices efficiently. Throughout my career—including roles with John Deere and LORD Corporation—I’ve built a strong foundation in project management, quality assurance, and 3D modeling. I’m particularly passionate about implementing innovative solutions to engineering challenges and am continually seeking opportunities to advance my skills in project and process management within a forward-thinking team environment.
