My educational journey includes a B.S. in Family Studies with a minor in Design Thinking from Brigham Young University. Professionally, I've led event coordination and experience design efforts at Brigham Young University, overseeing career fairs and supporting numerous events. I have demonstrated expertise in mentoring and training new hires, leveraging my leadership role as a team lead to foster growth and development within the team. Furthermore, I have honed my communication and people management skills through interactions with repeat clientele and businesses, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
