About Chandler Williamson

From a young age, I have always carried a sense of urgency when meeting deadlines. I was given a heavy workload and learned to manage my time wisely to accomplish goals. My father instilled a strong work ethic and raised me to be the change I want to see in the world. I was taught to never give up until a job is completed successfully. I dedicate my undivided attention to tasks when I am assigned them. This can be applied to many aspects of my life. In high school, I graduated magna cum laude, played on the golf team, and participated as an accountant for the robotics team. I currently study finance and economics at the University of Texas at Arlington. I work as a part-time supervisor at UPS, responsible for the movement of packages getting to the correct destination. The job duties include managing an area with 6-45 employees. I direct these employees to do certain tasks ensuring packages make service to the customer. I have worked for two years at the hub and am constantly looking to learn new skills. My work ethic has led to praise from UPS Management and helped shape me into a respected supervisor. I excel in busy environments and never back down from a challenge. Communicating effectively with others comes naturally to me. My coursework at UTA has helped me to develop superior writing skills. I am looking for an internship opportunity at a financial firm or any position to help me acquire knowledge about business opportunities.
