Data Engineer with 4+ years of experience designing scalable ETL pipelines, backend APIs, and cloud-native data solutions on AWS. I specialize in building reliable data workflows using Python and Apache Airflow (MWAA), along with developing high-performance REST APIs using FastAPI and Java Spring Boot.My experience spans end-to-end data engineering and backend development — from extracting data via Salesforce integrations and transforming it using Pandas, to orchestrating workflows in Airflow and deploying scalable services on AWS (S3, RDS, DynamoDB, Lambda, SQS, SES, CloudWatch).I have worked across content management systems, invoice automation platforms, and large-scale reporting systems, delivering production-ready solutions that improved operational efficiency and reduced manual effort.Key strengths:Designing ETL pipelines and workflow orchestration using AirflowBuilding API-driven and event-driven architecturesDeveloping backend services with Spring Boot / java and FastAPI / pythonCloud-native development on AWSSQL-based data processing across RDS/PostgreSQL and other NoSQL databasesMigrating legacy SAS systems to modern Python-based solutionsCI/CD implementation using Jenkins and Git-based workflowsI enjoy solving complex data and backend challenges, improving system reliability, and building scalable solutions that align with business goals.
