About Chandra Harrison

Passionate about working with design and dev teams to find innovative solutions to digital problems that meet business, technical and user requirements that are based on sound user data. I have a strong applied background complemented with extensive theoretical knowledge. I specialise in finding out what users really need using a variety of user research methods, both qualitative and quantitative - formative and evaluative. I advocate for users throughout the design process, working at all phases of the design life cycle. As well as being used to solve business problems, my research has been published in industry text books, journals and international conference proceedings. My experience spans web, app, mobile, product, intranet, strategy and software development. I have been part of multi-disciplinary agile design teams that include usability specialists, engineers, visual designers, and software developers in New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom and across Europe.
