Ms. Inglis-Smith is an accomplished and dynamic transportation professional with over 20 years of experience and education providing leadership, program expertise and technical support on implementation, application and interpretation of federal laws, standards and practices, as well as technical and project implementation in the public interest. She has an excellent reputation for leading change through training, technical assistance, and team work with strong skills in communication and outreach; including establishing and maintaining effective cooperative working relationships and partnering with the public, resource advocates, local, state and federal resource agencies, MPO’s, and elected officials.
